Your First Appointment
Structure
The first appointment is a 50-minute meeting to identify your specific needs and goals.
Payment
We offer a sliding-fee scale for all clients to keep support accessible.
If you carry health insurance, we automatically reduce your session rate (often by half), and we also adjust costs based on household income. Payment can be made by credit or debit card, HSA/FSA, cash, check, or most digital platforms.
A brief phone consultation is also available at no cost to help you feel confident before scheduling your first session.
At least 48 hours’ notice is required if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
